One of the most substantial precedent events which lead to an investigation from European football’s governing body last year was the announcement the two most expensive transfer deals in the history of the game, which brought Neymar and Kylian Mbappe for a combined total of over 400 million euros. PARIS Saint-Germain President Nasser Al-Khelaifi told AFP he is confident that the new collection launch due to collaboration with Nike’s Jordan Brand will help them fall into line with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules. This will ensure that PSG will not spend more than they earn and are expected to raise over 200 million euros from just this collection itself.

The great one said “Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain share a distinct position in sport and style, so to partner with the club is a natural fit”.
As you can see, the standard Nike branding is replaced by the iconic “jumpman” logo which is the famous silhouette of arguably the greatest basketball player of all time and the Jordan brand originator, Michael Jordan. This collection is result of a collaboration which has been in effect for several years and this is the first time a special edition football kit will feature in competitive matches including the UEFA Champions League
The UEFA Champions League is just around the corner and PSG are amongst the favorites to win it with the quality and depth of the squad they have. Not to mention, the form world cup winning French players like Kylian Mbappe, Presnel Kimpembe and Alphonse Areola along with other top performers like Neymar and Edinson Cavani. To top that, they have signed legendary goal keeper Gianluigi Buffon from Juventus who would love to add a Champions League medal to his collection.
Les Parisiens inspired by Jordan start their hunt for the title on 19th September as they visit Anfield to face Liverpool FC who has recruited heavily themselves. Since it’s an away match, we might just PSG showcase their skills with the ball in their new Jordan kit.
